The best-prepared purchasers get the best properties – period!! They not only know how to find the best properties, they are so thoroughly prepared that they are able to act quickly when an outstanding property is found, and therefore beat-out other, less qualified purchasers for that property. In short, preparation pays!!!!!

Considering that a home purchase is the most significant financial transaction in most people’s lives, it is prudent and wise (and smart!) to prepare fully!! I have created a system to make it easy for you. Here is that system. Take advantage of my 25 years of experience in the industry!!!

Step 1: Call me for a lender referral. We can give you a referral to a superb and highly reputable local lender!

Step 2: Call our lender, and tell them you need to get pre-approved. Our lender will ask you a few questions, and will handle all of the details to get you pre-approved (this is a critical step!). There is no cost (except a minor amount for a credit report). Without pre-approval, you will be at a severe disadvantage when competing with other pre-approved buyers (almost all buyers now get pre-approved before looking for homes, so this is quite important!!!).
